Powerlifting is weightlifting competitively and encompasses the squat, bench and deadlift.  Lifters will perform 3 attempts for each lift in their designated weight class. The best of each of the three lifts will be added up to for a lifter’s “total”.  The highest total in each weight class wins.  


Training begins 11/3/2025 this year to kick off the season!
